Comparator and Repeater Disappeared when i was stepping on it and redstone can be placed on there

      I wanna make a command block project,but when i want to place a repeater and comparator both are disappearing when i step on it,not just that i cant put a redstone near the command block...fyi the The command in the command block are just /enchant
