This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
In the Java version, the following blocks cannot be placed on the lightning rod, but on bedrock, you can.
Affected blocks: (I seem to have added everything, but if I missed something - write in the comments)
- Torch (all kinds of torches, only from the side. On top of the java they install) 1

- Repeater
- Comparator
- Redstone dust
- Doors
- Fire
- Pointed dripstone
- Twisting vines
- Vine 1
- Glow Lichen 1
- Ladder 1
- Amethyst Cluster 2, 3
- Small Amethyst Buds, Medium Amethyst Buds, Large Amethyst Buds 2, 3
- Big dripleaf
- Hanging Roots 3
- Weeping Vines 3
Note:
1 - Placed only on the side.
2 - Can also be placed sideways.
3 - Placed at the bottom.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place the lightning rod.
- Place down the blocks mentioned here on the lightning rod
Observed Results:
The blocks can be placed
Expected Results:
Blocks should not be placed on the lightning rod.
