This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Bedrock version, the following blocks cannot be installed on the pointed dripstone, but in the Java you can.

If the given blocks should not become at pointed dripstone it is necessary to open the vanilla parity report for java. (I can open if this report is invalidated)

Affected blocks: 

• Item Frame
• Painting
• Banner
• Sign
• Cake

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put the pointed dripstone.
2. Take the above blocks.
3. Install the above units on the pointed dripstone.

Observed Results:

Blocks will not be installed on the pointed dripstone.

Expected Results:

The blocks will be installed.
