our Minecraft game would not load, was just stuck on the red screen. Support advised to delete the game and reinstall it. We did it and now it crashes before it even starts. The screen shows: error CE-34878-0. I bought another Minecraft as in a different bundle for $42 NZD and it still doesn't work. Please help!
