I can't enter my world, help

      Yesterday when entering my world it appears to me that there was an error loading my world

      The game restarted the console and I got an advertisement indicating that the global packs had been restarted

      My world is called GaviotasLand 2.0 and I have many hours invested I hope you can help me correcting this problem I play on xbox
