This whole crashing thing has clearly been going on for awhile now.  How many complaints do you have to have in order to make it a priority to fix?  when it crashed I have enough time to pull up my laptop and create this report.  The fact that it is wasting that much of my time has highly encouraged me to submit a report every time because just one report clearly isn't enough motivation for you guys to get this fixed.  We pay for this service, we expect something we pay for to work properly.  Even with all the data that your users are providing.
