This bug is a parity issue. When you see the water/lava drips from the pointed dripstones, it doesn't produce any sound.

How to Reproduce
1. Place a water/lava source.
2. Place pointed dripstones downwards below the block below water/lava source.
2. Pay attention to the sound when the water/lava drips.

Heard Results
It doesn't produce any dripping sound.

Expected Results
It should produce dripping sound like Java.
