Tools and weapons become stuck in the inventory when they lose durability from mining blocks

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Obtain a tool or weapon
      2. Switch to Survival mode
      3. Mine a block with the tool/weapon to drain its durability
      4. Attempt to move the item around your inventory

      Observed Results:
      The item cannot be moved.

      Expected Results:
      The item should be able to be moved.

      Original Description:
      Somehow i couldn't figure it out what trigger this bug to occur but somehow it appears occasionally and not that frequently but somehow it is annoying.
