When looking through the creative inventory, I noticed that there was a powder snow block, as well as a powder snow bucket in it. Remembering previous changelogs, I know that the powder snow block being in the creative inventory is a mistake. When placing powder snow blocks, it produces a sound different from powder snow buckets, which have been reported to be using the wrong sound.

To reproduce this, just look in the section near snow blocks themselves. 

The image is more focusing on the hotbar than anything else, as there is both a powser snow block, and a powder snow bucket.
