This has been going of for a while. There is a glitch that there is one cape. (The pancake cape) There is no creeper cape I have seen other people report it and it being fixed and it seems like its only on my Minecraft. There are no steps its just there, This also has nothing to do with the marketplace this, and nothing with texture packs.
