Fishing rod only ever gets Unbreaking with Enchantment Table.

      It's a problem on my fishing rod enchantment, no matter how many time I enchant my fishing rod or create a new fishing rod and enchant it it always shows the same enchantment on the enchant table which is unbreaking.
