Game Won’t start/load

      When I go to start Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my PlayStation 4 the starting “mojang studios” screen will display and will not fully start the game. All other devices are disconnected for the Wi-Fi.I have been sitting on the screen for at least 20-30 minutes now
