What I expect to happen. When I spawn a skeleton it burns and when I leave the world and come back it will still burn in the sun.

What happens is that when I come back the skeleton is still on fire but after it wears of it will not catch fire again in the sun.

How to reproduce. Spawn a skeleton with no armor in the sun and it will burn. Leave the world. Come back and the skeleton is still on fire but will not catch fire again in the sun after the fire has worn off.
