note: this is actually for version 1.15 (VR (Oculus) version NOT 2D/regular minecraft)) as it didn't give me the option to put the VR version.

it says my issue has been going on since 2016 when I searched for my issue so **** that I'm creating a new ticket that isn't 5 years old!

so I just got a new Oculus headset (Oculus Quest 2 which is the latest one with the Oculus Link cable allowing me access to Rift products) for my birthday in Dec of 2020 and low and behold not surprised that a microsoft product didn't work! I tried installing Minecraft Windows 10 Edition VR and all it does is says "looking for updates" then promptly crashes back to the Oculus home with no way to fix it that I can find and I too am a CSTN by trade but not willing to put in hours of work for an exercise in futility! If there is an EASY or QUICK way to update this to this 1.16.something that I've been hearing is now available for Minecraft VR that will fix my issue I'm all ears so please do tell! but as far as I can figure out I cannot figure out how to get MY version of 1.15 to 1.16.something in VR.

this needs to get fixed and not 5 years from now especially when it's been paid for! very upsetting when you pay for something and it doesn't work! please fix this!!
