Dear Mojang,

I’ve recently had a problem with running Minecraft on my new computer. I bought Minecraft recently and the game worked fine a few days ago. But when I tried to open the Minecraft launcher, it opened a grey screen and said that it wasn’t responding. I’ve tried the Minecraft trouble shoot guides and it hasn’t fixed my problem. Is there any way to fix this problem and if so, please respond back to this email. Your game is very entertaining and I would hate to not be able to play it again.
