Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the world
2. Get water bucket
3. Watch on ground and hold right click

Observed Results:
Water should be placed and thats all.

Expected Results:
Water placing and immediately grabbing back, its very annoying for "water dropping" because water just placing and grabbing up too fast, even if you make just single click it can be placed and grabbed back.

This is unexpected behavior, water shouldnt continue to place or grab when player is holding right click, it should or place or grab once at click, or at least it should wait more time.
