Ghast fireballs only destroy a tiny area around point of impact but when a large wall of wood is hit by a Ghast fireball, the blast resistance is greater than the fireball and absolutely nothing drops of even gets destroyed. It's like Oak becomes obsidian when in a wall.

Wood should be dropped when stuck by  Ghast fireballs but it's not
