I tried to use minecraft report for realms payment issue in the previous issue, but I have selected the report menu in the minecraft help center.

Anyway, my problem is 2021.01.09, I requested two-player realms that day, but I get a message like the attached photo and the realms are not generated.

Even if it is resolved, please extend it only on the day you lost it or refund the payment.
