For weeks we have not been able to access marketplace/servers/or multiplayer on our Minecraft account on either pocket edition on the iPad or on our switch. I have searched and spent hours trying every solution except deleting the Minecraft app. I really don't want to lost my son's 119 worlds on the iPad. Is there anyway we can get direct tech help or anything else we should try? Not having multiplayer when we are in quarantine is awful. Thanks!
