I bought a cash card to put in minecraft. I used half of it. A week later, my account was cleared. I tried to enter the marketplace and says I am disconnected. So there is no balance in my account. I entered the Playstore and saw several cases where people are no longer able to play online and access the marketplace due to being disconnected as well. Please fix this. I want my account balance again
