Won't let me log in with Microsoft account on PS4

      To keep this short I can't log in to my Microsoft account and when I try to sign in it says this account has been already connected to a PlayStation network account please try again later . When I try to make a new Microsoft account it says the same thing. Please help I am trying to play servers
