      Summary:
      In "How to Play: Game Settings", it says that cheats must be enabled to use the Fire Spreads, TNT Explodes, Natural Regeneration, Mob Loot, and Tile Drops game rules. However, this is not true. These game rules have been able to be used with cheats disabled since 1.2.9.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Settings > How to Play
      2. Scroll down to Options & Cheats
      3. Click on Game Settings
      4. Scroll down to Cheats and Gamerules
