I purchased Minecraft for the switch last week, and ever since i've had issues.

      1. Login issues. It took several tries before finally logging into my account.
      2. Unstable. While playing the game, the game would stop working in a few different cases.
        1. after loading into the game and playing for about 5-10 minutes I try to open my inventory, the HUD disappears but the Inventory does not pop up, though i'm still able to walk around and sneak. I am not able to attack or use items. An animated symbol pops up showing that the network is trying to connect, but it takes about 5-10 mins or sometimes longer. in desperate situations when I need to stay alive and if i'm unsure if my items have been saved, I would wait until it finally resolves. It's as if there is a connection issue, waiting to be resolved. All sounds of nearby mobs or animals are still heard and active. After it resolves, if it resolves, the inventory pops up.
        2. after loading into the game and playing for about 5-10 minutesafter loading into the game and playing for about 5-10 minutes, when interacting with either a chest, or crafting table or similar, the same thing happens with #1. After it resolves, if it resolves, the chest or crafting table or similar pops up.
        3. after loading into the game and playing for about 5-10 minutes, First the visual graphic of the door stops working, though technically I am able to open and close doors. After about 5 more minutes, I am unable to interact with doors. Mobs can still attack me and I will lose health, so if i'm trapped in a room with mobs and need to stay alive, it is extremely scary waiting for the network to resolve running around the room before being able to open the door and leave. I have no clue if my progress will be saved. After it resolves, if it resolves, the HUD comes back.

In all cases for #2 above, if the network never resolves, I force quit the game by pressing the Home button on the switch, and then close the game with "X". The game will finally close and an error pops-up "The software was closed because an error occurred." I'm able to rejoin the realm and thankfully every time my latest progress has been saved. I can also solve this sometimes if I continuously press on the the B key to try closing the action. Sometimes i'm able to snap out and back into the game. I am able to continue killing mobs, gaining experience, and pick up items. Doors also work, as in I can walk through the door, though the visual animation of the door opening and closing do not work.

      3. Realms. When starting a game and going to the friends tab, the Realms that i've been invited to and have been playing with everyday on Windows do not show up. An error pops-up saying "unable to connect to Realms". This never occurs on the Windows edition, while this error occurs everyday on the Switch. I need to force quit the game by pressing the Home button on the switch, and then close the game with "X". The game will finally close and an error pops-up "The software was closed because an error occurred." Then after restarting Minecraft and going to the Friend's tab, the Realms appear as normal.

      4. If I am in a Realm and I accidentally hit the Home button on the Switch, then I am unable to re-enter the game. This happens every time. Not one single time have I been able to re-enter the game successfully. This means I need to force quit the game by pressing the Home button on the switch, and then close the game with "X". The game will finally close and an error pops-up "The software was closed because an error occurred." It is extremely annoying and a huge detriment to the experience of playing on the Switch. I actually just want my money back because while the experience is cool when everything works, the problems with this version on the Switch overshadow the positives.
