I discovered this bug yesterday night while trying to show off my bees to a friend (since several of them are named). I have 5 bee nests in one of my survival worlds. It's currently the only survival world I have a bee nest in so I have no idea if this is happening in other worlds. The issue is that the bees aren't leaving their nests, in four out of the five nests. All four of the affected hives aren't blocked in any way; the bees have left their nests before and I haven't changed the area around the affected hives. I have spent several in-game days keeping an eye on the four hives, but the bees won't leave. The unaffected hive has had both bees that inhabit it leave regularly during all of those days.

I began to wonder if the bees were dead (even though I haven't seen them die and have received no death messages), but when I sheared two of the nests without a lit campfire underneath, the bees that inhabited the sheared nest came out in their agro state and attacked me as they usually do. I ran away and none of them stung me (I watched them go back into their nests after they de-agroed), but they still won't leave the nest naturally. This isn't a serious bug, but I am kind of sad I don't get to see my bees. Here is a picture of my nests:

Unaffected hive (this one both inhabiting bees have left multiple times)

^(by the windows if you can't see them)
