Every time I try connecting to my own realm, it boots me after 5 seconds.  Other players can connect.  We went as far as downloading from a windows 10 device and my son created his own realm.  I still cannot play on this realm with the character that created the original world.  I have cancelled my realms account and we are using his and I had to create a new playstation character to play on this realm which excludes me from 10 years of clan mates while playing.  Your support directed me here after not helping me with actual support on this or opening the ticket themselves.  My son and I own a small business and this is impacting our thoughts around doing more with microsoft or partnering with Google or other options.  There is nearly nothing out there about this issue and getting help has been pure hell. We have also wasted about 20 hours trying to find a workaround for this mess.
