While trying to make a redstone contraption involving a player thrown ender pearl, I noticed that the pearl didn’t encounter drag while in water. This struck me as odd since every other projectile in the game, aside from the trident, encounters drag while in the water. To see if this issue was exclusively a thing with ender pearls I threw a snowball into the same body of water.
I can’t take a screenshot of it due to the fact that it isn’t a single frame event to show what’s happening and the entire event happens within a second making it difficult to screenshot.
A 60 second video demonstrating the difference in their physics is available at https://ufile.io/23508r5e
