Since mid december i have not been able to gain access to my acct. The red and white "Mojang " screen comes up then the letters disappear and i am left stuck on a red screen. I have checked internet, computer and even nuke my worlds to start over in case it was a corrupted file. no luck. Check it daily in hopes that it was merely a glitch in 1.16.2 release but still no good. please advise how i can get this up and running again. thankyou for your attention.
