My daughter wanted to purchase Aquatic friends as an in app purchase on the Apple Java edition. The application indicated a purchase error and suggested that perhaps there was an internet error, however my apple account was charged for the purchase.

      My apple account was charged for an in app purchase (Aquatic life) that encountered an error during the purchase.  They will not refund me & said I need to contact you to resolve this.  The Apple order number is MX9D1F4M2Z (document number 132398254867).  Thanks
