I just purchased Minecraft. 
Version: 1.16.20102.0 

I spent hours on the phone with Microsoft, they ran all diagnostics on my PC, said they were great.

I installed the game.
When I go to launch the game, the mojang screen loads then goes to minecraft screen, freezes, flashes red and crashes.  

It won't load the game.
Microsoft can't find out any reason why it would do this and said it has to be an issue with Minecraft software, to have a developer find out this buy.

Please advise.
