This Problem I need addressed ASAP isn't at all new.
It has been occurring well before the latest patch, & is a bug that has needed priority.
On the Nintendo Switch owners should not idle, such as yielding to read or browse
at their leisure.  The aggressive bug happens during such idling in the Marketplace, the game will most likely go to what looks to be a loading screen and stay there indefinitely.
The game won't be responsive again until; you press the home button; attempt to exit the game via the consoles home window; & wait for the their console to tell them, "The software was closed because an error. "; and finally restart the game.

This issue may be exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, as I have not encountered it on my android phone.
