Wall with a glass pane/iron bar/fence on top does not update when the glass pane/iron bar/fence connects to a block

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a wall
      2. Place a block next to the wall
      3. Place a glass pane, fence, or iron bar on top of the wall
      4. Place a block on top of the block next to the wall

      Observed Results:
      The top corner of the wall does not update when the glass pane/fence/iron bar connects to a block.

      Expected Results:
      The top corner of the wall should update when the glass pane/fence/iron bar connects to a block.

      Notes:
      As shown in the video above, the wall updates correctly if you break the glass pane/fence/iron bar and replace it.
