we have upgraded the minecraft to the new version and the game doesn't load, the screen is in black, the console doesn't crash but the game it does because we can close the game. we followed some instructions found on the web

1. restart the console
2. erase the game, and update again. the problem persists. we are using a chip on the nintendo switch.
