When I try to rename any item in an anvil it doesn't come out as a renamed item it comes out as a blank slot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft
2. Enter Split-Screen mode
3. Put any item in the first slot of an anvil
4. Rename the item.
5. Nothing happens...

Observed Results:

In the slot next to the arrow there isn't anything.

Expected Results:

The renamed item appears in the slot to the right of the arrow
