Application Crashes upon trying to load local world.

      Minecraft launcher works fine.

      Realms PLUS realm is able to load with no issues.

      Local realms are unable to load.  Old saves, or newly created saves.  Getting below error in application log:

      Attempted sfc /scannow, and dism restorehealth to repair any possible OS issues. 
      Did reset from Windows apps & features.
      Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
      Attempted to replace ucrtbase.dll with older version of file.
      Have installed game on another PC (WIN10 1809).
      Still receive same error after all of the above, and on alternate PC.
