Head passes through solid blocks

      Your head can pass through solid blocks causing suffocation. Happens almost exclusively in newly generated or re-generated chunks.

       

      Steps to repro:

      1. Wait for glitch to happen
      2. Make a 2x1 tunnel
      3. Jump
      4. Notice you jump into the block and take damage
