After a month, I STILL can't buy Realms on PS4. I've contacted Sony and they don't even know what the problem is when I get the WS-43689-0 error. Since I'm a PS Plus member on the PS4 and I can buy anything on the PSN Store except for Realms, I suspect it's not Sony, but on Mojang's end. I've tried everything: re-installing game, used a different PSN account, re-built PS4 database, deleted caches on Saved Application Data to clear up data on Minecraft, used my little brother's PS4 to try and buy Realms with my Microsoft Account (still got same WS-43689-0 error,) made sure I have money on my wallet on the PS4 funds, and more I can't remember. I mean, I've tried everything. I know you guys are busy with other things, but I would really appreciate a little help on trying to get Realms on the PS4. Please help. Thank you.
