in-game delay with keyboard and mouse wont let me play the game correctly

      This bug started happening around v1.16.200 and its making it difficult to play competitively against other players. For example, when i try to move forward or look around, it will be delayed by around less than half a second. When i record my screen or show my screen to others, the problem goes away therefor i can not show any proof or screenshots
