Good morning, I wanted to know if you could help me solve an error that appears to my brother on his laptop. Everything was fine until you open minecraft in the Microsoft Store and click on "Play" and the launcher starts but the Mojang logo appears and the launcher begins to flash and the game does not start, I have completely restored my laptop and it remains the same, hopefully my error can be resolved.
