Hello I have a big problem with my Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

It first started when my friend got a update for the latest version on the Xbox one and I was playing on Windows 10 PC, I couldn't join her world and she couldn't join mine, So for that I shut down the game and lunched it back up. but instead of giving me the options to play, get into settings or look in the marketplace it gave me nothing But screen glitch!

I tried to reset the game multiple times even uninstalling the game reinstalling but nothing works. I couldn't find any videos on how to fix it. so now I'm putting in a report.

Please help, I really want to get back to play this amazing game!
