My friends cannot join my worlds and I cannot join the worlds of most of my friends.

      When my friends try to join my worlds they get "it has not been able to connect with the world", and when I try the same thing happens to me, I can only join the worlds of one of one of my friends but only his , I would like you to help me with this problem, thank you.
