Main menu doesn't appear.

      Main menu doesn't appear when I launch the game. There wasn't a problem like this in 1.16.100. It's just background. This bug needs to be fixed ASAP. Also yes, I reinstalled the game many times. Windows is updated to latest.
      System specs :

      AMD RADEON HD 7770
      Intel Pentium G3220 3.00 GHz
      8 GB DDR3 RAM
      Windows 10 Pro 20H2
