My Minecraft for WIN10 won't start and flickers at startup, so it can't be played.

      I decided to update my minecraft win10 to be able to play more at ease or so I thought, I updated it and after that I decided to play it, but I couldn't since it just doesn't start, I uninstalled it, I installed it I have done everything and it just doesn't start. Next I insert a video of the problem://
