      Hello. My Minecraft won't work, I have been trying to get it to work for over month.
      I don't know if this is Microsoft issue or if it's just my PC but I can't seem to find any answer, I already went to the Microsoft forum for help but it looks like nothing works as well.

      When I first loaded Minecraft in a while, I wasn't able to hear anything at all in-game, so I uninstalled it and re-installed it. Still had the same issue.
      I updated my drivers, my sound drivers and I still wasn't able to hear anything. I made sure everything was turned up and it just still doesn't work. I don't know what's wrong with it. I gave up and uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it again and now it just says it's not going to work on my device and won't let me download it at all. I've reset the App a bunch of times and including the store app, even had little junk wiped from my computer. I've even checked system requirements and everything it says to have, my specs are;

      Windows 10
      AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 8-Core
      16 GB
      x64-based processor
      RTX 2070 Super

      And here are the recommended requirements,

      Recommended Requirements

      OS: Windows 10 version 17134.0 or higher
      ARCHITECTURE: ARM, x64, x86
      RAM: 8 GB
      CPU: Intel i7-6500U | AMD A8-6600K
      GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 940M | AMD Radeon HD 8570D

      I got this from https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360045863292-What-are-the-Device-Requirements-to-run-Minecraft- by the way.

      I also have almost 40 GB of space left and a TB in my D drive but it still won't let me download Minecraft.
      I just really want to get this figured out. Please and thank you. I would really appreciate it.
      I'm sorry this post was so long.
