Hello Friends!

Discover me for being here again, but I just wanted to let you know the problem that is happening in the Minecraft game on my PC - Windows 10.

I am a great player of Minecraft and games on platforms like PC and Xbox One S, I have over 2000 hours of play.

I have Minecraft installed on three devices, being (1 xbox one s and 2 PC), I did the received the 1.16.200 update, and post this Minecraft does not open on a PC.

Since then I can't play on PC anymore. Do not know what is going on, please could help me, my PC has 16GB of RAM and a 2GB video card, AMD 64 Bit processor, with 500GB of SSD.

I'm sending attached image of how the Minecraft Game looks after its startup. When we open the game it does not leave the start screen, staying hours and hours on the same screen. As shown in the attached image.

Please help me my family and I play minecraft together, every member on your PC and Xbox.
