The game crashed and sent me back to a previous save. Nothing seemed different until I got back to my house and noticed that all my diamonds (I had 30ish) had disappeared. The last thing I had crafted had been a diamond pickaxe, but the pick was still in my inventory when I got back. I don't know what happened.
