After updating to 1.16.20002.0 I can't view the start menu, it appears to be compressed into the top left corner shrunk down to a couple pixels. I cannot start a game or do anything, trapped in the start screen with no menu. Screenshot attached.

Attempted several reinstalls, no difference.
