Skybox and crosshair doesn't render correctly when using some texture packs

      Summary:
      Texture pack has broken skybox and there is black square in crosshair

      Step to reproduce:
      1. Search texture pack which is have "overworld_cubemap" folder.
      2. Use the texture pack
      3. Enter world / server
      4. When you in the world, the glitch appearing

      Observed result:
      This glitch appear when RTX release in 1.16+. When i go to server, the skybox glitched, so in 1 side there is 4 different sky. Also the crosshair, there is black square around the crosshair.

      Expected result:
      In lower version, this glitch never happened, the skybox looks normal and there is no black square around crosshair

      Example texture pack:
      I have test some texture pack, almost all texture pack has problem in crosshair. And for skybox, only texture pack which is have "overworld_cubemap" folder that have the glitch (Example in Attachments)
