main menu does not load. backround image of minecraft universe does but no menu. if i click esc repeatedly for some reason it enters my game at that point, and it looks absolutely shattered. fractal images of skins and textures juttering in and out of each other all over the place. 

Minecraft bedrock was working fine for me yesterday. Minecraft Java seems fine today.

I'm not sure which que to submit this error to.
