There’s a bug where if you exit the nether using the nether portal, a double chest that has both chest in different chunks turns invisible, although only one half of the chest turns invisible and it’s still accessible, the contents inside cannot be moved or taken out from the chest. Unless you break the chests, reload the world or reload the chunks, then the chest turns into a normal double chest.
