"Import level failed" error occurs when trying to export world from minecraft android (1.16.101.01) to minecraft windows 10 (1.16.100). The world has no plugins or addons

Steps to reproduce:

1. Compress world of minecrart android (game version 1.16.101.01), change extension to ".mcworld"
2. Copy file on Windows 10 PC
3. Open minecraft Windows 10, select .mcworld file
4. Select file, click export

Observed results:
You try to import the world, but you get the error "Level import failed"

Expected results:

Correct world import.
